We’re all about celebrating the incredible women who lead with authenticity, passion, and personality, so if you’ve been nominated, you must be doing something amazing! 💫
Once the nominations are in, they’ll be reviewed by a panel of outrageously awesome women who will carefully consider each nominee. After this, our finalists will be chosen, no one is overlooked in this process!
While the award categories for this year are still being decided (we're switching things up from last year!), rest assured, these awards aren’t about profit margins or follower counts. We’re celebrating the unique and authentic women who shine in their own right and bring something special to the world, whether that’s through their energy, their ideas, or the way they show up as themselves. 💖
how it works
Unless the person who nominates you decides to shout about it, their name will remain anonymous.
Nominees get notified once they have been nominated
Nomination will close in May and a panel of women will choose the finalists.
Finalists will be notified in June, and they’ll have the option to accept or decline the nomination.
The winners will be announced at the OYA Awards 2025 on September 25th at Tortworth Court—it’s going to be a celebration you won’t want to miss! 🎉
